Located at Muara Wahau Subdistrict about 30 Km from Muara Wahau, this village is settled by Kayan Tribe, coming from Apo Kayan. This is a traditional society, with long ears people and various kind of unique and interesting customs (the dances and the traditional ceremony).

Facilities: traditional houses, belawang, etc.

This place can be reached by: River boat (samarinda-Muara wahau, Land road (30 Km) by cars. 

Located at Long Ikis Sub district, about, about 3000 ha wide. It is about 94 km from Penajam to Long Ikis. This field is managed by PT. Perkebunan Pabatu and Tajati, while this field becomes and Agro tourism object, because of the beautiful landscape. The factory managing the hybrid coconut it at Samuntai and Dan Damit the harbour at Tanah Merah (Teluk Adang).

This location can be reached by bus (Penajam-Long Ikis).

For the time being, there is a house with 10 rooms to stay.

This place began to develop in 1977 when PT. Sumber Mas founded wood industry.

Located along Mahakam River from Tanjung Harapan until Sengkotek. Here we can find 25 plywood factories and 29 timbers sawmills, including PT.

Sumalindo Lestari and PT. Trakindo Utama as a heavy good supplayer for wood industry in East Kalimantan. The development of wood industry couses the growth of some informal sector, as well as workers homes. People around this location form new societes, such as 2 markets and Polytechnic of Mulawarman University in samarinda.

Visitor who want to visit the wood industry should contract the factory in advance to get a better service.

Located at samarinda Seberang wall know as a centre of  Samarinda Handy Crafts.The beginning of manual Samarinda handy Craft.Was brought by the Bugis Etnic from Sulawesi staying at the side of  Mahakam River (Now Samarinda Seberang).

Almost in every bugis settlement (Masjid and Baka Village) you can find Sarong Samarinda craftmen. To get the location of weaving Samarinda Sarong handicraft industry by using Motor cano (Ketinting, klotok, tambangan) from pasar pagi or by four whell vehicle through Mahakam bridge to Masjid or Baqa village.

Located along Mahakam river, with river rapids, has fast flow. The Dayak Tribe living at Long Pahangai Subdistrict are: Umaq Suling Tribe, Huang Long Gelat Tribe, Umaq Sam, Umaq Murut Tribe, Huang Kayan Tribe, Umaq Pala Tribe.

The arts the tradition ceremonies are: Dangai traditional ceremony, well coming traditional ceremony, etc in this place, we can also find women with long ears. It is easier to get this place by aero plane (samarinda-Datah Dawai).
